Trump’s refusal to condemn North Korea’s missile tests is an open invitation for Kim Jong Un to push additional provocations, experts warn.

Wednesday’s launches come days after North Korea fired two short-range ballistic missiles.

The House proposal would bar the Trump administration from using any federal funds for military force “in or against” the Islamic Republic.

Next up: a proposal that would bar Trump from launching a military strike against Iran, which supporters predict will pass in a vote set for Friday.
