Harold Treadwell, 71, was driving for Lyft around 12:30 a.m. Sunday when someone outside of the vehicle shot him, Phoenix police said.

Part of the Saguaro cactus ended up going through the passenger side of the windshield, Pima County Sheriff’s Department officials said.
