After avoiding a massive strike, UPS Teamsters union members are now taking the next steps toward ratification of the new contract.

After months of negotiations, strike threats and walkout talks, UPS and Teamsters have reached a tentative agreement on a new labor contract.

While negotiations are still ongoing, UPS and the Teamsters union are closer to reaching a deal before the July 31 deadline.
